
I've always thought of my blogs as a good exercise in mindfulness...a good way to ask myself, "what am I doing, right here, right now?' As you can probably imagine, things get pretty busy here with four young children, but I have been trying to practice mindfulness not only for myself, but for the kids as well. So here's a new blog...my thought is, one short post per day about the here and now. We'll see if I stick to that or not. Here is a link to my last blog: Peek Into the Mundane. My life really is not mundane, so the title obviously needed a change!
